Account

You may sign in or create an account by signing via Steam. Before you log in, make sure that your profile settings are set to Public.

API-Key and tradelink are used for creating and tracking trade offers on the Steam platform. We need these to accurately give you information about your ongoing tradeoffers on the marketplace. Make sure to only give your API-Key to trusted sites such as Skinvault.gg to avoid any scammers.

When we disable your account for any reason, we send you an email or text message stating why your account has been disabled. You may contact our support regarding the issue. Users can be disabled for various reasons: misuse suspicions, trade bans, restricted Steam accounts, etc.

You can contact us via email [email protected] if you wish to delete or disable your account. Please state on the message if you wish to delete or disable the account.

You can change the language via your account settings.

Trading

1. Log in with Steam from the top-right corner. 2. Make sure your privacy settings (https://steamcommunity.com/my/edit/settings) are set to Public. 3. Set up your Steam tradelink and email address as instructed. 4. Go to the Trade-page and select items from the left side of the page where you can see your items. 5. Then, look for items you wish to trade to. You can use filters or search if you have something on your mind already! 6. Select the items from our inventory. You can also press the “+” icon on the top right of the page to deposit funds into your Trade Balance if the items you have selected from us have higher value than your items. 7. Lastly, press Trade-button and the trade offer process will start. You will receive the trade offer(s) on Steam, please follow the instructions given. 8. When you have accepted all trade offers, everything is done! If you are trading for more than one skin at a time, you might have to wait for the next offer for a short time after the first one goes through. 9. If you need any help with trading, our support will be happy to help you along.

If you didn't receive the item that you had traded for, please contact support to sort out the issue.
